To Schedule an Appointment:

You can book an appointment by calling our office or registering on our online booking system.

When you call, you will be asked the following information:

• The kind of appointment you need
• Your last and first name
• Your home telephone number

Appointments are booked in advance. For emergencies or urgent single issue appointments, please do not hesitate to call our office and explain your situation so that you can be seen as soon as possible by one of the clinic physicians.

Make separate appointments for each complaint and for each family member.

Due to patient load, Physical examinations are booked 6 to 9 months in advance, please ensure that you book your appointment accordingly.

Please update your address and phone numbers, in writing, if you have changed either since your last visit.

Our busiest time is between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. If at all possible, for non-emergency problems, please try to call us after 11:00 am.

To Cancel an Appointment:

We require a 24 hour notice for all consultation appointments and 48 hour notice for all physicals. If you are unable to reach our office during business hours please leave a message on our phone system.

There is a $100.00 charge for all missed appointments
